Licensing Information

The Office of Business Licensing handles taxicab and taxi driver permitting, liquor & business licenses.

Springfield City Code on Licensing

Once you have downloaded the appropriate form, it can be filled out and brought to the Office of Business Licensing, First Floor, Municipal Center East Room 108, during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to complete the application process.
